New Town Village Hosts Santa's Winter Festival Saturday
A free holiday event is slated for Saturday afternoon at the New Town Village Center.
OWINGS MILLS, MD — The New Town Village Center in Owings Mills is hosting Santa's Winter Festival Saturday afternoon, a free family-friendly event.
Kids can get their faces painted, check out the bounce house and trackless train and meet with Santa. Complimentary hot cocoa and candy canes will be flowing.
Retailers in the shopping center are expected to provide special offers for the event as well.

Santa's Winter Festival will be centered around Santa's heated tent near McDonald's at the New Town Village Center, 9700 Groffs Mill Dr. It takes place from noon to 3 p.m. Saturday.
