Officer Reunites Pup With People In Owings Mills

OWINGS MILLS, MD — Officers never know who they are going to encounter on the job. Charlie the pup was wandering around McDonogh Road last week when a policeman came across him, according to the Baltimore County Police Department.

Police said Officer Pahl brought the pup to safety and was able to get him home to his family.
