Owings Mills Man Charged in New Year’s Fight
Mark Kevin Green, 24, was charged with burglary and assault after allegedly forcing his way into an apartment and assaulting victims he had argued with earlier in the night.
A 24-year-old Owings Mills man is charged with third-degree burglary and second-degree assault after charging his way into an apartment and assaulting people inside early on New Year’s Day, police say.
Mark Kevin Green, of the unit block of N. Ritters Lane, was arrested around 1:44 a.m. after police were called to the unit block of Woodhollow Court in Owings Mills for the second time that night.
"It started at 12:30 a.m. on the same day when we went there for a fight call," said Lt. Stephen Doarnberger, assistant commander of the Baltimore County Police’s Franklin Precinct. "This suspect, Green, was involved in that as well. We got everybody separated and settled and we took Green to his house, and then he returned."
