Owings Mills-Reisterstown Crime: TVs, Video Games, Cash Stolen

The following information was supplied by the Baltimore County Police Department's Franklin Precinct, which covers Reisterstown and Owings Mills. Arrests do not indicate convictions.

Reisterstown

Hammershire Road. 100 block. Between 10 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. on May 27. A burglar stole two 56-inch Polaroid TVs and several pieces of jewelry after entering the home through an unlocked door.

Glen Falls Road. 5300 block. Between 5:45 a.m. and 8 p.m. on May 24. A burglar stole a coffee can containing $300 in change after breaking the glass from in the rear door to get into the home.

Hammershire Road. 100 block. Between 12:15 and 1:30 p.m. on May 24. A burglar stole an Xbox 360, hard drive, controllers and games after entering through an unlocked sliding door.

Bentley Park Lane. 300 block. Between 9 a.m. and 2:15 p.m. on May 23. A burglar stole a safe, money and passports after entering through a front window and leaving through the rear sliding door.

Owings Mills

Pittston Circle. 100 block. 9:50 p.m. on May 27. A homeowner caught someone trying to pry open their front door lock. The burglar left and walked towards High Falcon Road.

Cue Court. Unit block. Between December and 8 p.m. on May 27. A burglar stole $1,000 in Christmas items after cutting the lock to a storage unit.

Enchanted Hill Road. 100 block. 11 a.m. 5 p.m. on May 24. A burglar stole a computer, PlayStation 3 and video games from an apartment after entering through a sliding glass door. 

Buxton Circle. 4700 block. Between 9 a.m. on May 22 and 3:30 p.m. on May 22. A burglar stole $8,400 in cash and two watches valued at $130 from the resident’s bedroom after breaking the front and rear windows and cutting the screens.
