Owings Mills Residents Wanted To Weigh In On Master Plan

OWINGS MILLS, MD — To focus on priorities for Owings Mills, Councilman Julian Jones announced there will be an Owings Mills Master Plan 2030 Community Engagement meeting.

The purpose of the meeting is to ensure that "all residents have access to high-quality affordable and accessible housing, cultural, and recreational opportunities in safe communities while promoting responsible economic development," according to Jones. "This meeting will focus on identifying and prioritizing important aspects, particularly Owings Mills, to preserve, enhance, transform, or strengthen in Master Plan 2030."
