Police Believe Missing Owings Mills Teen is With 24-Year-Old Man, May Be Leaving State

Fourteen-year-old Taegan Valenti was last seen on May 19. Police now believe she may be heading to West Virginia with her older boyfriend.

Baltimore County Police are continuing to search for a missing teen girl from Owings Mills.

Taegan Valenti, 14, of the 100 block of Willow Bend Drive, was last seen leaving for school on the morning of May 19.

Taegan is described as a white female, 5’7”, 215 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a maroon polo shirt and tan pants.

Investigators now believe that Valenti may be with her boyfriend, 24-year-old Mathew Fish, of the Unit block of Biltmore Street in New Britain, Connecticut.

Police believe they are in a black 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo with Connecticut tags of AC87330. It is also believed that Valenti and Fish may be headed to West Virginia, and that they have been planning going somewhere together for some time.

Fish formerly lived in Glen Burnie, Maryland, but moved to Connecticut.

Police fear for the safety of Taegan and urge the public to assist in locating this child.

The search for Valenti is being led by the Baltimore County Police Crimes Against Children Unit.
