Police Issue Warrant for Missing Sex Offender

Baltimore County Police are asking for the public's help locating a registered sex offender who failed to report to police as required.

Christopher Hilliard, 33, of the 1500 block of Charlotte Ave. in Baltimore was last seen on July 26 by a family member, but he was not reported missing until Sept. 17, according to police.

He is a resident of Baltimore City but was reported missing in Baltimore County.

He is a registered sex offender, and failed to report to the Baltimore City Police Department as required on Oct. 8, police said. There is now a warrant for his arrest for failing to register.

Hilliard is a white man, 33 years old, 5 feet 7 inches tall, 165 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. He has a tear-drop tattoo by his left eye, police said.
