Police Release Mugshots in Owings Mills Assault Incident

Two people were charged with first-degree assault after they cut two Owings Mills residents with a knife during an argument.

Two Baltimore residents are charged with first-degree assault after allegedly cutting two Owings Mills residents with a knife.

Renaud Johnson, 41, and Tanya Russell-Johnson, 33, of the 3700 block of Lochearn Drive in Baltimore, cut Russell-Johnson's relatives with a knife after an argument turned physical in the 9200 block of Christo Court in Owings Mills on Saturday, Jan. 26, at 6:34 p.m., police said.

The victims were treated at Northwest Hospital for non-life-threatening injuries, said Lt. Stephen Doarnberger, assistant commander of the Baltimore County Police’s Franklin Precinct.
