Registration Is Now Open For The Owings Mills Track Club

We're ready ... the only thing missing is you.

We are pleased to announce that the Baltimore County Rec Council has approved our request to organize a team for the 2021 Spring / Summer season. After losing the entire 2020 season to the Covid-19 pandemic, we are excited to be able to work with the dedicated and passionate families in our community once again. We have created special Covid-19 related protocols that will fulfill all the requirements set forth by both Baltimore County and state of Maryland. Practices will begin on Monday April 5th and we hope that our new training schedule that spilt the kids into smaller groups will encourage everyone to come out for the team this year.

Does your child enjoy running, jumping, and throwing things? Is he or she ready to
see how things might turn out doing those things while competing against
others? Well, we have good news. Registration for the the Owings Mills Track
Club is open until we reach our 25 athlete limit, for each 2 year age group. Our community track club seeks to reinvigorate an interest in the sport of Track and Field in the Owings Mills and Reisterstown areas. We also promote and encourage physical fitness at an early age through
athletics. We provide instruction and guidance for children on improving their
fitness through running, and in their technical performance of Track and Field
events. We also provide a safe and supportive environment, and encourage a healthy
attitude toward competition and personal improvement.

Over the years, our club has produced numerous National Champions
& Medalists at both the AAU and USATF Junior Olympics in multiple events.
We have even had many kids go on to compete in the sport at the collegiate
level. Our athletes have also set a couple of National records while competing at the
AAU & USATF Junior Olympics. We love it when our kids earn all
these accolades and become ambassadors for the sport, but the real reason we
continue work with the kids in our community year in and year out is our desire
to help each child improve while learning life lessons through our beloved
sport.
