Reisterstown Farm Sells Local Thanksgiving Turkeys
Want to buy local for Thanksgiving? Farmer Tom's in Reisterstown is taking orders for turkeys.

REISTERSTOWN, MD — Want your Thanksgiving bird to come from a farm close to home? Farmer Tom Reynolds is selling turkeys at his farm off Cockeys Mill Road in Reisterstown.
Reynolds grew up on the farm and returned after graduating from Penn State in the 1980s with a bachelor's in agriculture business management. Keeping his family's farm alive has been a matter of finding untapped markets. Recently, he began renting out his barn for parties.
The property also has a farmer's market and has become a hub for Reisterstown families, drawing the community to its produce stand and for seasonal hayrides, farm-fresh pumpkins and Thanksgiving and Christmas birds.
