The Baltimore County Public Library is offering adult programs that run the gamut from making charity blankets to beefing up your resume. Here are some upcoming events happening at branches in the Owings Mills area.

  • Wednesday, Oct. 23 at 7 p.m.: "Chapter Six Book Club," discussing King Peggy: An American Secretary, Her Royal Destiny, and the Inspiring Story of How She Changed an African Village by Peggielene Bartels and Eleanor Herman
