Snowfall Totals In Reisterstown On December 16

Here's how much snow fell in Reisterstown Monday, based on preliminary data from the National Weather Service.

REISTERSTOWN, MD — More than an inch of snow fell in parts of Baltimore County Monday, according to preliminary data submitted to the National Weather Service. Glyndon had the highest measurement in the county, with 1.5 inches of snow recorded there.

Reisterstown saw 1.4 inches of snow, based on the National Weather Service data.

The most snow in the state was recorded in Frederick County, which reported 2.3 inches of accumulation.

Here's how much snow was reported in Baltimore County Monday, Dec. 16:

  • 1.5 inches — Glyndon, reported at 7:40 a.m.
  • 1.4 inches — Reisterstown, reported at 7:34 a.m.
  • 1 inch — Upper Falls, reported at 10 a.m.
  • 0.9 inch — Fullerton, reported at 9:58 a.m.
  • 0.8 inch — Parkton, reported at 8:45 a.m.
  • 0.8 inch — Bentley Springs, reported at 7:30 a.m.
  • 0.7 inch — Catonsville, reported at 8 a.m.

Public schools were closed Monday in Allegany County, Baltimore County, Carroll County, Frederick County, Garrett County, Harford County, Howard County and Montgomery County.
