THB Bagels & Deli To Open Owings Mills Restaurant At Mill Station

OWINGS MILLS, MD — THB, formerly known as Towson Hot Bagels, will be opening up a location in Owings Mills. The bagelry recently joined the tenant mix at Mill Station.

"We are excited to help THB (a Baltimore County institution) grow," Tom Simmons, president of Kimco's Mid-Atlantic Region, told Patch.

There is no set date for the opening yet.

Recently, the business celebrated its 20-year anniversary and announced that it would be opening its fifth location this winter in Columbia. In addition to its flagship Towson shop, it has locations in Timonium, Canton and Charles Village.

At Mill Station in Owings Mills, THB Bagelry & Deli joins a slew of tenants moving into the brand-new shopping center, which is built where the Owings Mills Mall used to be.

"Other small retailers that are committed to Mill Station include MOD Pizza, Sally's Beauty, America’s Best Eyeglasses & Contacts, Mattress Warehouse, Village Nail Bar, and several other very exciting restaurants and small retailers with whom we are now completing leases," Simmons said.

Kimco plans to announce those tenancies in 2020.
