Third Suspect Arrested in Road Rage Incident
Esaiah Watts turned himself into police Wednesday.

A Windsor Mill resident turned himself in to Baltimore County Police Wednesday in connection with a November road rage incident in Owings Mills.
Esaiah Lynn Watts, 21, of the 2600 block of Camberwell Court in Windor Mill, turned himself on a warrant Wednesday, and is charged with three counts of second-degree assault. He is being held at the Baltimore County Detention Center on $100,000 bail, according to a Baltimore County Police press release.
The charges stem from a Nov. 23 incident in which four men drove to a home in the 4400 block of Silverbrook Lane in Owings Mills and fought with a woman and her two sons over a road rage incident. The woman and her sons were treated and released from Northwest Hospital, police said.
