Three Owings Mills Teens Selected for All-State Dance Corps
Three students from Owings Mills that attend the Carver Center were named all-state dancers for the 2012 - 2013 school year.

Three Owings Mills residents were named to the All-State Dance team. The students, all of whom attend the Carver Center for Arts and Technology in Towson, were named to the team on Friday, Jan. 4.
The students are Amarachi Korie, Kaiyla Ross and Antonio Wright, according to Baltimore County Public Schools press releae.
The students were named to the team at the Maryland Public High School Dance Showcase on Friday at Goucher College in Towson. The showcase, in its 24th year, brought together 500 dancers from 35 high schools throughout Maryland for classes and performances, the release said.

Dancers are selected for the All-State team through auditions and teacher recommendations, according to the release.
