BALTIMORE COUNTY, MD — A vehicle fire slowed traffic on the outer loop of Interstate 695 Monday morning in Baltimore County near the exit for Stevenson Road.

Officials sad two right lanes and the right shoulder were blocked on I-695 in the area.

The vehicle fire was reported around 11:40 a.m.
