Two men stole cash from the Wendy’s on Lakeside Boulevard after one of them pointed an assault rifle at employees on Sunday.
The men, wearing masks, entered the restaurant through a side door, with one of them pointing an assault rifle at employees. They rounded up the employees, took them to the front, and opened cash registers and the safe, according to Lt. Rick Landsman of the Baltimore County Police Franklin Precinct.
The men stole $100 and fled on foot, according to the police report.
