Adopt-A-Senior Outreach for needy seniors in Parkville-Carney

Now more than ever, please help us as we make the season a little brighter for some special seniors in the Parkville-Carney community that are struggling and in dire financial need. These seniors and senior-led families have been identified as extremely low income by Baltimore County Department of Aging Community Outreach and Home Team staff members so you can be sure that your donation assists a senior right here in our community that really needs our help! We have added Curbside Donation Drop Off days as well!

We are asking for donations of items that will make life a little easier throughout the year for these special seniors and we need your help! Simply email the Parkville Senior Center at parkvillesc@baltimorecountymd.gov for a copy of our Adopt-A-Senior "Wish Lists" of items that will help these seniors now and throughout the year. We are also taking donations of select shelf stable foods, toiletries and household items as well as monetary donations or donations of gift cards to grocery, drug and general merchandise stores such as Wal-Mart and Target. More details about items and packaging are provided in the wish lists. Curbside drop off will be held on Wednesday, 12/9 from 4p-6p and Saturday, 12/12 from 9a-11a.
