Carney Improvement Association meets Wednesday January 20th at 7 p.m. at Carney Elementary School and we are pleased to have as our Guest Speaker, Mr. Ed Adams, Director, Baltimore County Department of Public Works (DPW).
Public Works employees are some of the finest people working for Baltimore County and their work enhances the quality of life in Carney for residents. The efforts of the employees probably impact our daily lives more than any other Department. DPW is very large with the following Bureaus: Utilities, Highways and Equipment Maintenance, Solid Waste Management, Traffic Engineering and Transportation Planning, and Engineering and Construction.
Come out and get to know more about your community of Carney and Baltimore County. We are an informal group with a good sense of humor. We are especially looking for members with young families.
