Ed Kitlowski endorsed by Teachers and The Sun

Ed Kitlowski, retired Baltimore County teacher is not finished with education. He is running for the Board of Education in District 6 which includes Parkville. Mr. Kit, as he was called by students, taught at Sparrows Point, Loch Raven and Kenwood High Schools. He knows the parents and students in District 6 as he spent most of his career teaching in the area. . The position is non-partisan which Kitlowski believes is preferable as it reduces the politics. The Teachers Association of Baltimore County, The Education Support professionals of Baltimore County sent out questionnaires and interviewed candidates in their endorsement process. The Sun also sent out questions and researched for their endorsement. Kitlowski's experience and knowledge of the system and his resume of educational advocacy outside the classroom were main factors in the endorsements.
