Frances Ann Rowe, 75, of Carney

On Nov. 15, 2016, Frances Ann Rowe (nee Cefalu’) of Carney; cherished wife of James Jerry Rowe; adored mother of Robin McNeill and husband Michael “Steele”, Lisa Rowe, Scott Rowe and wife Donna; beloved sister of Buddy Cefalu’ and wife Helyne; also survived by many grandchildren and other relatives and friends.

Family and friends will honor Frances’ life at the family owned Evans Funeral Chapel and Cremation Services -8800 Harford Road-Parkville on Friday, Nov. 18, 3-5 and 7-9 p.m., where a funeral service will be held at 9 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 19.

Interment Parkwood Cemetery. Memorial contributions in Frances name may be made to SPCA.
