Oak Crest Employee Julian Brooks, a Private First Class, Sends Greetings from Kuwait
Now stationed in Kuwait serving in the U.S. Army, PFC Brooks began working at Oak Crest in 2014

Parkville, Maryland—“Home for the Holidays” conjures memories of cherished times spent with family and friends. But it can be a reminder about those currently serving the United States abroad in the armed forces, too.
Since June, 2014, residents and employees of Oak Crest know Julian Brooks as a valued Wait Staff team member in the Catering Department and the son of Julie Wheeler, Senior Recruiter in the Human Resources Department.
But he is also Pfc. Julian Brooks of the 392nd Signal Battalion, 160th Signal Brigade currently serving in Camp Buerhing in Kuwait.

In 2015, roughly 220,000 American service members were stationed overseas during the holiday season. They operated in more than 100 countries, on every continent. The numbers are expected to be similar in 2016.
Oak Crest is proud of those who have served and continue to serve our nation. We pay tribute to loved ones like Pfc. Brooks this holiday season and wish them all Godspeed.
