Oak Crest Promotes Colleen Stafford to Director of Finance
She will be responsible for financial administration & budgeting at Erickson Living community in Baltimore County
Parkville, Maryland--Oak Crest, an Erickson Living retirement community, announced the promotion of Colleen Stafford to Director of Finance.
In her leadership position, Ms. Stafford will be responsible for day-to-day supervision of strategic financial management and budgeting at the 87-acre campus where 2,100 residents are served by 1,100 employees in independent living and continuing care neighborhoods.
Ms. Stafford joined Erickson Living as Senior Internal Auditor in November, 2011 and transitioned to Senior Financial Analyst in a regional role. Since 2017, she has served as Assistant Finance Director at Charlestown, a sister Erickson Living community. Previously, Ms. Stafford worked for RSM (formerly McGladrey) as a Financial Statement Auditor, specializing in the nonprofit and healthcare sectors.

A resident of Brewer’s Hill, Ms. Stafford holds a B.S. in Accounting from Villa Julie College and an M.B.A. with a concentration in finance from Loyola University of Maryland. She is licensed as a certified public accountant by the State of Maryland.

Dedicated to the mission of Erickson Living, she has volunteered extensively for the Values Team at both the corporate office & Charlestown and participated in the Corporate Finance Mentorship Program from 2014-2017.
