Parkville Woman Struck By Car, Injured Thursday

Tiffany Judy, 28, of Parkville sustained severe but non-life-threatening injuries as a result of the collision.

A Parkville woman is recovering at an area hospital after she was hit by a car while crossing the street Thursday morning.

Tiffany Judy, 28, of Wentworth Road was walking with her dogs southbound along Old Harford Road when she tried to cross Taylor Avenue around 8:08 a.m. May 2, according to police spokeswoman Louise Rogers-Feher.

As Judy crossed the roadway, a vehicle driven by 55-year-old Barbara Cullum hit her, Rogers-Feher said.

At the time of the collision Judy was in a crosswalk and the traffic signal on Taylor Avenue was red, Rogers-Feher said.

Judy was transported to Sinai hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, but did sustain severe injury to her lower body as a result of the crash.

The crash remains under investigation and charges are pending, Rogers-Feher said.
