Police: One In Custody After Woman Killed In Nottingham Stabbing
Police responded to a Nottingham home early Sunday morning where they found one person dead and another injured.

Police have one person in custody following a stabbing early Sunday morning in Nottingham that left one woman dead and another injured.
Officers responded to the unit block of Lerner Court around 12:08 a.m. May 5, according to a news release from Baltimore County police spokesman Cpl. John Wachter. A woman had called 911 asking for help but was unable to give any further information before the call disconnected.
At the home, officers found two women suffering from stab wounds, Wachter wrote in the email. One woman was pronounced dead at the scene and the other was transported to an area hospital with life threatening injuries.

Police took one person into custody at the Lerner Court home, Wachter wrote. The Baltimore County Police Homicide Unit continues to investigate.
