2 Boaters Rescued From Gunpowder River, Officials Say
An open water rescue was reported in Joppa Friday afternoon.
Two boaters were rescued from the Gunpowder River, the Baltimore County Volunteer Firefighter's Association reported Friday afternoon.
A 14-foot boat overturned, officials said before 3:30 p.m.
The open water rescue occurred in the Joppa area in Harford County, according to authorities.
