Banditos Sets Tentative White Marsh Opening Date: Report

WHITE MARSH, MD — A Mexican restaurant coming to The Avenue at White Marsh reportedly hopes to open this spring.

Banditos aims to welcome patrons to its new location on The Avenue at White Marsh by May 1, according to the Washington Business Journal.

The restaurant, which features food and drinks inspired by Mexican street fare, has a flagship location on South Charles Street in Federal Hill.

Blackened shrimp tacos, street corn, nachos, avocado tacos, burritos and more are on the menu at Banditos, which promotes itself on its website as a "taco temple."

White Marsh will be its second restaurant, and Banditos plans to launch this fall in Arlington, Va., according to the Washington Business Journal, which reported its plan is to open the third outpost in a shopping center that, like The Avenue, is owned by Federal Realty.

When The Avenue at White Marsh announced last fall that Banditos was coming to Honeygo Boulevard, officials said it would be on the plaza between Red Brick Station and Bar Louie.
