Building Sold Near White Marsh

NOTTINGHAM, MD — A building near the White Marsh Mall and The Avenue at White Mash changed hands recently. Located off Sandpiper Circle, the property is called "McLean Ridge IV."

The one-story office building in Nottingham spans 48,000 square feet.

It is "ideal for medical uses," according to the brochure for McLean Ridge IV.

This marks the second acquisition in the area for Kenwood, which also owns the 131,000-square-foot Tyler Ridge Portfolio near White Marsh.

“Since entering the White Marsh market two years ago, we have been very thrilled with the consistent market activity,” Bill Singer, principal of Kenwood Management Company, said in a statement. He added that Tyler Ridge is currently 95 percent occupied.

"We are excited to expand our footprint in this market," Singer said. "McLean Ridge’s availability provides opportunity for a variety of businesses, from individual users to single-tenants looking for a larger market presence."

Bethesda-based Kenwood Management Company and investment partner Avanti Capital are both working on the acquisition.
