Cat Found In White Marsh, Owner Sought

WHITE MARSH, MD — A good Samaritan found a cat in the White Marsh area on Thursday and is looking to reunite the feline with the owner. Do you recognize the cat?

The kitty was located around Philadelphia and Silver Spring roads.
