I have read an article about JohnnyO and I wanted to tell you about my experience when I reach out to him.
I reach out to him.and asked him why the county is doing the upgrades to the water distrubution system in the county since the city owns the water system in the county. I recieved an email from the County DPW Director Steve Walsh and he informed me that the County does all the capital work in the county and the city doesn't have to reimburse the county because of a written agreement with between the two. I was also told by the County DPW Director that the city doesn't reap any benefit from the upgrades done by the County to which I replied that's not true they do benefit from the upgrades the county does in fact that once the upgrades are done its less infrastructure they have to maintenance since it's new.
I also referenced that has been 3 water main breaks in 4 days and a leaking valve on Cordon Way. I hadn't received a reply from the County DPW Director Steve Walsh about the fore mentioned issues and when I tried to contact him again about another main leak in MiddleRiver I found out that the County DPW Director Steve Walsh blocked me just like the previous County Executive Ken Kamenetz had done when I questioned him about the condition of the water distrubution system infrastructure in Baltimore
