Firefighters Quell Basement Fire in Kingsville
One person was evaluated for smoke inhalation.

Baltimore and Harford County firefighters quelled a one-alarm blaze near the intersection of Belair and Mt. Vista roads Thursday afternoon.
Medics evaluated at least one person at the scene for smoke inhalation, according to Baltimore County police and fire spokeswoman Louise Rogers-Feher. No other possible injuries were reported. Â
The cause of the fire is still under investigation, although it appears to have started in the basement, Rogers-Feher said.

Three police cruisers blocked off the entrance of Mt. Vista Road from Belair Road from noon to at least 1:15 p.m., Patch observed. The call for fire and EMS support in the 7100 block of Mt. Vista Road went out at 11:47 a.m.
