Governor Hogan Visits New White Marsh Fire Station
The governor paid a visit to the White Marsh Volunteer Fire Company on Thursday and presented its members with a special citation.
WHITE MARSH, MD — Gov. Larry Hogan visited White Marsh on Thursday, presenting an official citation to the White Marsh Volunteer Fire Company for its new fire station. The fire company moved into its new firehouse at the end of September and held a grand opening celebration there on Oct. 6.
Hogan shared video from his tour at the facility Thursday and said he "enjoyed spending time at White Marsh Station 20."
According to fire officials, the state helped bring the new firehouse to fruition.

"The state provided financial support through state bond bills and SB-508 funds in order to assist with consruction and the annual mortgage," he White Marsh Volunteer Fire Company said in a statement. "We would like to thank Governor Larry Hogan for touring our new station this afternoon."
The White Marsh Volunteer Fire Company is located at 10331 Philadelphia Road.
