UDPATE: Dog Found on Necker Avenue Claimed

UPDATE (11:45 a.m.)—I'm told that "Roxy," has been claimed and that plans are being made to return her home later today.

ORIGINAL—Perry Hall Patch reader Dean Jones Jr. says his wife's parents found the adorable white dog (featured) Tuesday night on Necker Avenue around 9 p.m.
