​Jesse David Carter Jr., 40, of Kingsville

Jesse David Carter, Jr., 40, suddenly passed on Monday, Feb. 13, 2017. Jesse was born on June 15, 1976, to Jesse Carter Sr. and Kathy (Kat) Carter in Baltimore. He was the oldest of two boys.

Jesse Carter Jr. is survived by his father, Jesse Carter Sr., his mother Kathy (Kat) Lemire and his step-grandfather Max Lemire, his brother Chris Carter and sister-in-law Brook Welsh, and his step-siblings, Matthew, Jennifer, and Ashley Barrett, and Brandon and Brent Lemire. He was also a proud uncle of Lorelei (Rory) Carter. Jesse has numerous cousins, aunts and uncles all who share in this grief. He was preceded in death by his grandmother Margaret Carter, to whom he was a devoted grandson.

Visitation was on Thursday, Feb. 16, 2017, from 3-5 and 7-9 p.m. at E.F. Lassahn Funeral Home in Kingsville, located at 11750 Belair Road.

ACR serves as a resource for all those suffering from the disease of addiction, their families, and the communities they affect.
