Man Found On Joppa Road Has Been IDed: Police

The Baltimore County Police Department identified a man who was found on Joppa Road.

NOTTINGHAM, MD — After authorities asked for help identifying a man found on Joppa Road Monday night, they said they were able to figure out who he was and help him return home.

Police said the man was found in the 3900 block of Joppa Road at 8 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 21.
