Man, Woman Run From Police After Allegedly Attempting To Cash Fraudulent Check

Two people recklessly led police on a pursuit from Edgewood to Perry Hall, police said.

A man and a woman dangerously evaded police Monday afternoon after a bank cashier suspected them of trying to cash a fraudulent check, according to a Harford County Sheriff's Office spokesman.

The pair tried to cash the check at the Aberdeen Proving Ground Federal Credit Union on the 1300 block of East Pulaski Highway in Edgewood Monday afternoon, which set in motion a search for the couple spanning Harford and Baltimore counties.

A teller at the bank contacted authorities after becoming suspicious about the check.
