County Councilman David Marks, announced he is seeking re-election to represent the 5th District, according to reports.
Marks, a Perry Hall resident, made the announcement at two events on Wednesday, one in Perry Hall and the other in Towson, reports The Baltimore Sun.
In his announcement, Marks said he wants to focus on growth, especially in the western parts of District 5, including Towson, according to The Sun.
