Perry Hall Girls Soccer Now Two-Time State Soccer Champs
In an overtime win, the Perry Hall Gators beat the Severna Park Falcons Friday night in the MPSSAA class 4A girls soccer championship.

BALTIMORE, MD — The Perry Hall Gators beat the Severna Park Falcons Friday for the class 4A girls soccer title in the Maryland Public Secondary Schools Athletic Association (MPSSAA) championship. The game was scoreless by the end of regulation, and in six rounds of penalty kicks, the Gators reportedly chomped a win.
The Gators won their second consecutive championship; Perry Hall girls soccer was the reigning champ after winning the 2018 class 4A title.
The 2019 state championship started at 7:30 p.m. Friday at Loyola University. At 9:20 p.m. the Severna Park Voice reported the game was going into overtime and by 10:10 p.m., the Gators claimed the win based on penalty kicks, 4-3.
