New Business: Perry Hall Gets Threading, Waxing Spa

It didn't take long to fill the vacant Elegant Moments bridal shop building near the intersection of Belair and Joppa roads. 

Owner Manisha Patel launched her first business this week with the grand opening of Hi Brow, a spa specializing in eyebrow threading, waxing and facials. 

"It was time. I wanted to own my company. I wanted to work for myself," Patel said. 

The seasoned aesthetician brings 13 years of beauty experience to the downtown Perry Hall area.
