Dennis Robinson Jr.’s successful career as an attorney and his devotion to the betterment of Perry Hall have landed the local man on The Daily Record’s list of Very Important Professionals, Successful Under 40.

"This is yet another example of why people should not believe everything they read in print (or online),” Robinson said. “I certainly do not consider myself to be 'important, but I am honored to be among those selected.

"Although my name is listed, this recognition is not about me,” he continued. “My family, friends, mentors and colleagues who have been supportive of my personal and professional endeavors over the years deserve the credit. Without them, this would not have happened."
Robinson was among 40 winners who were nominated and judged on their professional accomplishments, community service and commitment to inspiring change, according to The Daily Record website.

Robinson spends his days working as an attorney in the law firm Whiteford, Taylor and Preston, LLP and his evenings and weekends as the president of the Perry Hall Improvement Association.
"When I left the Perry Hall Improvement Association to run for the County Council, Dennis Robinson was the perfect choice to lead this organization,” Councilman David Marks said. “He is smart, disciplined, a wonderful family man and a caring community leader. I am very proud that he made this list as one of our rising stars."
Under his watch, the association has continued its tradition of hosting Perry Hall neighborhood clean-ups, and community events like the annual Bunny Breakfast and Apple Festival.
