New Carryout And Catering Service Coming To Perry Hall
A business specializing in pit beef, homemade recipes and craft sandwiches plans to open in the Perry Hall Square shopping center.
PERRY HALL, MD — A business that has made a name specializing in pit beef and other dishes as a catering company will be moving into a brick-and-mortar retail location in Perry Hall this spring. The Rolling Grill is opening a carryout restaurant and catering service based at the Perry Hall Square shopping center.
The Rolling Grill specializes in homemade barbecue, craft sandwiches and original sides. Its food truck has made appearances at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Johns Hopkins University lacrosse and football games and Woodcroft Swim Club.
On the carryout menu are items such as pulled pork, pit beef, pit turkey, potato salad, chicken Caesar salad, crabcake BLT sandwich and baked beans. People will be able to order meats and sides by the pound as well to take home.

The catering menu also includes hot dogs, crab cake sliders, bourbon chicken and burgers.
The Rolling Grill Pit Beef and Catering will be at 4351 Ebenezer Road.
