Popular Restaurant To Close On The Avenue At White Marsh

WHITE MARSH, MD — Della Rose's Avenue Tavern will be closing on Monday, June 24, officials announced this week. It will open for business for the last time on Sunday, June 23.

The popular tavern delivered the news on its Facebook page, where it posted a thank-you note to patrons for supporting the establishment during its 20 years of business on The Avenue.

"We are excited to serve and continue our relationships at Della Rose’s Perry Hall Pub," the statement said "Everything that makes up Della Rose’s will resonate within the four walls of our new location."

Della Rose's opened its Perry Hall Pub in November 2018 at 5001 Honeygo Center Drive.

"We are sad to announce that an era has come to an end. Della Rose’s Avenue Tavern will close its doors on Monday, June 24, 2019. We cannot say enough about the last 20 years in this location. The memories are countless. Thousands of people have come through the doors, many becoming friends and family. We would like to take this time to thank everyone who has helped us build the Della Rose’s culture in White Marsh.

"While this chapter has closed, we take comfort in knowing that only these four walls will be left behind. The true spirit of Della Rose’s will always exist because of the people within those walls. From our incredibly loyal staff, to our patrons who have helped us forge a community that has brought us two decades of happiness. You are what truly makes Della Rose’s. We are excited to serve and continue our relationships at Della Rose’s Perry Hall Pub. Everything that makes up Della Rose’s will resonate within the four walls of our new location. We will continue to remember the people and events that have brought us here today and make new memories with friends & family, new and old.
