Potomac Pizza Grill Plans Location Near White Marsh
A restaurant specializing in New York-style pizza has signed a lease in a development near MD 43.

WHITE MARSH, MD — A pizza restaurant plans to open this spring in Greenleigh at Crossroads, the development off MD 43 near White Marsh and Middle River.
Potomac Pizza Grill will sell pizza, sandwiches, chicken tenders, subs, calzones and other items.
"Our research showed that our New York-style pizza and food offerings are unlike any currently available in the White Marsh and Middle River areas," Adam Greenberg of Potomac Pizza said in a statement. The restaurant will sell 13 varieties of pizza.

Currently he is the principal for four Potomac Pizza locations, in Chevy Chase, College Park, Potomac and Rockville, plus two Bagels 'n Grinds coffee shops and College Park Grill.
"We intentionally added the word 'grill' after our restaurant name for this location to reflect the wide variety of food choices that we plan to offer," Greenberg said of the White Marsh location. "This will be much more than a traditional pizza shop and is intended to serve local families and businesspeople. We are also well-known for our work with nonprofit and youth-oriented organizations that surround our restaurant locations and intend to immediately become involved."

According to developer St. John Properties, there are more than 40,000 people living in a 3-mile radius with an average household income near $82,000, and every day more than 27,000 vehicles go by Concourse Circle, where Greenleigh at Crossroads is located.
The number of homes, business community, nearby marinas and sports complex planned in Middle River present "outstanding growth potential," which Greenberg said presented an "opportunity to start our Baltimore County expansion program from this location."
When built out, Greenleigh at Crossroads will encompass more than 2.5 million square feet of commercial, retail and hospitality space, including 1,900 residences.
Potomac Pizza Grill will be in 4,900 square feet at 750 Concourse Drive, a retail building in Greenleigh at Crossroads. Other restaurants at the development include Michael's Café, Dunkin', Royal Farms, Subway and Thai Rainbow.
