Severe Thunderstorm Watch Issued For Baltimore County
The National Weather Service issued a weather alert for Baltimore County Thursday, with additional information on Friday's forecast.
BALTIMORE COUNTY, MD — A severe thunderstorm watch is in effect Thursday afternoon for Baltimore County, according to the National Weather Service. The watch runs from 2:30 to 10 p.m.
Showers and thunderstorms are expected Thursday night, including potentially damaging winds, the weather service advised.
In addition, showers and thunderstorms are possible Friday afternoon and evening, the weather service reported. Flooding is possible in isolated cases, according to officials.

The severe thunderstorm watch applies to Anne Arundel, Allegany, Baltimore, Carroll, Frederick, Harford, Howard, Montgomery, Prince George's and Washington counties as well as Baltimore City.
