What You're Saying: Patch reader Mark Patro says outrage over the rain tax in Maryland should not drown out the support for the purpose of cleaning up the Chesapeake Bay, "Rain tax 'outrage' is a tad bit over blown. Yes there are those who do not like any tax, but there are also those who support the tax because of the positive impact it will have on cleaning up the bay."
