This is a picture of a tree behind my house in a wooded area that is owned by the Baltimore County and is managed by Property Management Agency. I had initially contacted my district councilman David Marks about this and he had forwarded my concerns, and after numerous emails to the agency specifically Christina Ensor Mancha ( 410-887-3827). She has decided not remove it since their so called arborist said tree was not dead or diseased. My concern is. If a strong wind were to come. it will snap and damage someone's home or property or even worse someone gets hurt.
