This is the latest on the tree behind my house. First I'm keeping my councilman David Marks updated about the tree. Second after several more emails to the Baltimore County Property Management Agency specifically Christina Ensor Mancha (410-887-3827) I was told once again the tree will not come down because now she is saying it's an open space area behind my house and they don't take live trees down even if it's a public safety issue. I then reached out to Saul Passe ( 443-540-6805, he's is the supposed arborist for the county by calling him and leaving several messages to contact me to discuss my concern but to date no replies. I wonder if the county will pay for the property damage or medical Bill's if someone gets hurt, now with all this rain and wind I just hope nothing happens.
