Here is an emailed I just sent the acting County Executive for the second time :
Mr Mohlor,
I have reached out to you about 2 months ago about a tree that is on county owned property that is supposed to be maintained by the Property Management Agency( Christine Ensor Macha) have reached out to them about the issue numerous times and I get told that they WILL NOT do anything about it since it's not dead or diseased. I have also reached out to the so called arborist for the county Saul Passe and he has yet to return any of my phone calls or text messages. I have also contacted my district councilman David Marks and also has been ignored. My question to you is IF AND WHEN THE TREE FALLS IS THE COUNTY GOING TO PAY FOR THE DAMAGE TO SOMEONE'S PROPERTY OR PAY THE MEDICAL BILLS IF SOMEONE GETS HURT SINCE THEY OWN THE PROPERTY BEHIND MY HOUSE?
