Villages At White Marsh Planned Near Perry Hall: Report
A development with a mix of apartments, houses, assisted living and more is planned near Perry Hall.
WHITE MARSH, MD — Hundreds of homes, apartments and an assisted living facility will reportedly be built off Perry Hall Boulevard in the next several years.
Called The Villages at White Marsh, the new development will be on 125 acres bordered by Bucks School House Road and MD 43/White Marsh Boulevard, according to Baltimore citybizlist.
Maryland Land Advisors brokered the 13-property-sale, including Emmanuel Baptist Church of White Marsh, according to the real estate publication. The church will reportedly be relocated in the development, which is slated to include a 20-acre community park and be finished by 2025.

Village Development Group will manage The Villages at White Marsh, which will include 340 apartments, 209 townhouses, a 200-unit assisted living facility, 25 detached homes and a public park on its campus, according to the Baltimore Business Journal.
It may also include walking trails, a clubhouse and multipurpose fields, according to KPN Architects, a Baltimore-based firm that is working with Village Development on the property.
