Visions for Vacancies: What Should Move Into Regester Square?

Now that we have some idea as to what's happening to the crumbling strip shopping center on Belair Road, we can finally ask the question:

Who should move in?

The property owner initially said he was be bringing back Seasons Pizza, which anchored the old Regester Square shopping center.

Today, however, we discovered that he plans for all new tenants to move in. When specifically that will happen remains a question, but the bulldozers are ready, so we're told.

So let's hear it. What kind of businesses would you like to see occupy the space when redevelopment is complete? What kind of shops or stores does Perry Hall lack?
